Rockin' Laibach was great on Tuesday. Pretty intense, as you might imagine. The two girl soldiers who played the drums were fucking amazing. I preferred the brunette. The moment I saw the blonde I thought, "Graeme has got to see this girl." Very much your type I think. Their job consisted mainly of banging the drums in perfect rhythm in a greatly exaggerated manner. It's the kind of work that builds amazing arms. Very hot. Tonight it's the Dwarves at the Lion's Lair. I saw them play 11 or 12 years ago at the original 9:30 Club. They were drunk and sloppy, and before the show ended, the singer pulled away the fishnet body suit he had been wearing and cut a hole in the crotch so that he could light his pubic hair on fire. I hope I don't have to smell that tonight. I'm up for just about anything else though. |
