Lasagna I cooked my semi-famous lasagna tonight. Sonny and Don got to try it for the first time. And so the legend grows... We drank an 1985 Barolo that was OK but a bit past its prime. We also had a 1990 Barolo that was better, but certainly not fabulous. I have a lot of wine in the cellar that I am beginning to worry that I have saved for too long. I think I need to start planning some meals around some of those bottles. I suspect that my brother and sister will be the other beneficiaries of these feasts. I guess that's ok. |
