I found the Happy Tree Friends via Tim Blair who states that he found them through Dave Barry, so there's a chance that you may have already stumbled on to this great cartoon series. Check out the website where you can actually watch the episodes. So far I've only had a chance to watch a few. Nuttin' Wrong with Candy was alright, but I really enjoyed This Is Your Knife.
